Question for anyone out there: I noticed with the non-automated timer that there is an orange light on the unit Does this version give you any indication on the unit that it is using the weekly (which really means daily) timer? Oh my god I just tried to program my a/c using the manual and it's ridiculous! Thanks for this explanation. The timer seems to be able to let you set an on and off time within pgm 1 if you want but I'm going to follow your method and use pgm 1 for on and pgm 2 for off.
